If it's cheap you're looking for then this is it. It's not a mansion but it's a basic living area if you're not in a lot and don't plan on being. I've heard a lot of sirens and what not from the area so there's no suburb type thing going on by far but that didn't bother me. Not the most securest place but never personally felt scared. Extra meassures should be taken if moving in. There were numerous times where water was being worked on or something went wrong and I was stranded w/ no water. I never had to worry about the water being hot b/c all I had to do was turn the hot on and it was always warm to shower... never any hotter... not saying that's bad or good, just how it was.
