My luxurious stay at Canyon Oaks featured, among other things....raw sewage leaking into my kitchen for over a month, used bath water leaking from my bathroom ceiling for a year and a half, obnoxiously loud and rude neighbors, numerous domestic disputes and even stabbings in the surrounding buildings and units, incompetent and extremely rude staff, non-existant maintenance, and to top it all off....my building burned down about two weeks ago. Apparently this is the fourth fire at Canyon Oaks. And get this...the management wanted to CHARGE me nearly $500 to move out of my burnt down apartment!!! Needless to say, Canyon Oaks has yet another law suit on their hands....
