I have now lived in several apartment complexes and never have I had so many problems with everything. The parking lot: they have hit my parked car on several occasions, foundation of apt. itself (falling apart), presentation(horrible 1st impression), Maintenance(they don't know what they're doing), Leasing office(They don't care), tenants(trash), and car theft. Even before I moved in they handed me keys to a horrible apt which hadn't even been walked through. The carpet, and walls everything had paint drippings, spots, paint bubbles long and big all over the walls. The paint job was horrendous, things were painted shut everything including cabinets had been schmered with paint even the ceiling fan. The carpet was nappy, crusty, stained, and disgusting. After making a list w/everything that was wrong (too long to list) I presented it to the manager in charge at that time which was extremely good about fixing everything (she was the only one who cared and has since left). Maintenance is horrible every time I had called to have something repaired they would brake something else in the process and do a bad and sloppy job. They have broken things, stained the new carpet, cracked the sink,etc. I have called the leasing office on several occasions for a leaky bathtub (which still hasn't been fixed), I was inindadited with red ants in my apt. (still am), the neighbors are loud, rude, and obnoxious. They have recently sold it off to new owners which are worse and kept the same Maintenance group. At least the other leasing manager would get things fixed and improved eventually. Now the leasing staff and managers there are horrible nothing gets done ever. I am gone.
