Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Raw sewage in apartments. Pests. No repairs. Constant fires. Broken appliances. Shifting walls. Windows fall out. Doors don't close. Rude, unintelligent management. Homeless people hang out in laundry facilities (which often don't work anyway). Constant brown-outs. Old plumbing, therefore, constant flooding problem. Hate yourself'' Then live here.
