If you don't have pets don't worry they come with the apartment they are called roaches. My apartment was broken into everything was taken. I vacated the apartment a little early for my safety. MIND you I never broke my lease so the greedy management moved in someone to my vacant apartment and wanted me to pay the rest of the rent and kept my deposit. I would refer someone to Salvation Army instead of canyon oaks. I don't even want to get started on the maintenance Salvation Army trust me.
