staff unprofessional and will do what ever it take to bind you into a contract only concern is rent or any other monies they can get away with even if the apartment is does not meet the standard according to the housing association they offer a 200 dollar referal program for resident but did not keep there end of the agreement with many tentants, very hostel staff and refused to give me a phone number or any information for the owner of canyon oaks apartment are infested and repair work is out the question however staff quick to charge a fee for anything and even with bed mites hole in the ceiling leaking rain, air conditioning not working proper patio screen and doors not working proper, pools closed for two summers the laudry room 85% of the machines washer and dryer mal-function or do not work, water bill is based on what the entire unit uses this means, single resident may pay for water based on 5 illegal parties living in all the other apartments in unit. Crime rate is high sex offenders and rapes and shooting drugs run rapid, would advise the better business bureau and the media to do what ever it take to condem these apartment and lanch a formal investigation by the media into the conduct of the staff after u move into an apartment, the after mat.
