Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
Sure they look nice from the outside, but the tenants are snobs and the construction was shoddy......our windows leaked all the time, paint was peeling of the ceilings in the garage, and teh walls were paper thin.

Parking was a complete nightmare.
