This place is falling apart. The entryways are tripping hazards (not to mention look like crap). Last week my friend came to visit me at my "luxury apartment" and nearly broke his neck after tripping on the peeling paint on the entryways, to say the least I did not tell him how outragious my rent is to live here(which is way too much). This place seems nice but wait until you see the truth. You can live somewhere much nicer for half the price.
