A wonderful place to call home! Right on Bull Creek trail with two direct access points. Great for walking dogs, but watch out for snakes. Noisy tenants not the norm. Most tenants are not snobs, just professionals that aim to enjoy a peaceful place to live with minimal noise from neighbors. New management team as of April 2003 - not sure how responsive they are yet. Fairly new property - built in 1998, I believe. It pays to wait for the exact apt you want. Some have views of the hill country. Pleasantly surprised with high build quality, however I live on the 2nd floor and don't have anyone walking around above me.
