Lived there from 2001-2002. The so called $300 deposit was waived, but when I moved out they managed to come up with almoast exactly $300 in damages that I owed. Also, they lost a record of my paying a pet deposit The funny thig was, I had actually paid both deposits. I have since retained legal council to represent me, and then they added $1000 more in damages (Probably to cover their legal defense fees).

We have sinnce filed suit in Travis county agains the owners, and it has been tied up in litigation since. I am looking forward to presenting all of my evidence in court!

If you have looked at the propery, and haven't rented yet, I highly suggest that you run away! Look under the eves and on garage ceilings for the presense of black mold too!
