Going Down Hill Fast!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Once nice apartments I'm sure a long long time ago. The interior's are well maintained but since the apts have been sold...there is almost no landscaping. The grounds look old and the stairs, oustide of buildings are in dire need of a good pressure wash. And the very strange covering that is on the common area of the buildings. What in the hell is that stuff' It's old and moldy and when it rains it puckers up and looks like goo. Parking is terrible. WAAAAAAAY too expensive for old apartments with no exterior upkeep.
