I have NEVER in my life lived in an apartment and had such trouble in so many different areas. We were without hot water for 3 weeks last December, not to mention without air conditioning for a whole weekend this past August. When we called the office they said it would have to wait until Monday because it was not considered an emergency situation. No air, in Texas in August is UNBEARABLE! They tracked flees into our apartment at one point in time, and are now remodeling & have torn up sheetrock & nails ALL OVER the property. The staff does not care about your well being or happiness, nor do they ever have a decent attitude. I have never been talked down to by so many people in one office in my life. They put out notices stating that they would be starting construction on the property (which by the way stated they would begin at 8 and finish at 6, however their usual schedule is 7-7) and would be working one building at a time, that we would be given ample (their wording)notice as to when our building would be ripped apart. Yesterday I came home to have my building torn to shredds & a notice that was put out the night before. I was locked out one evening after the office closed, and even though there is a maintenence man living on site, they would not do anything for me until the next morning. I was told to call a locksmith & incurr the fee or wait until tomorrow. And sleep on the ground' I will NEVER live in another Lincoln Managed Apartment.
