Count your blessings that you know about this website and can inform yourself before you sign. We moved out 8 weeks into our lease!! We were dazzled by the looks of the complex and staff but had 15 customer service complaints in 6 weeks!
_ Mold growing in the bathroom
_ Cockroaches, fire ants and spiders, oh my!
_ Unresponsive staff after you sign your lease
_ Repeated loss of hot water
_ Traffic is hell during rush hour on 360 (Capital of Texas Hwy), something you don't notice when you first visit on weekends
_ No parking. People park illegally everywhere
_ CCTV cameras don't work even though they are advertised on their website
Our rent was $1275 for a 2 bedroom which is outrageous when you can find the same for $900. Seriously, I'm doing my part by letting you know what happened to us. RUN!!!

I don't know anything about this resident, but I've lived here a year and have never had any issues. My service requests are always taken care of immediately by the friendly staff. The ladies that work in the office are always friendly and ready to help. Some of the complaints that this resident have are due to lack of research. Traffic? Of course there's bad traffice, we're in Austin. No parking? If your eyes are open when you come here, you'll see that resident parking is great, but there's hardly any visitor parking. This resident probably should have observed this before they moved in. Mold? Did you not see this during your inital walk-through before and when you moved in? Mold happens when something gets damp and the staff here has been happy to take care of any problems in that arena. Personally, I've never had loss of hot water. Doesn't that usually happen when you don't pay your bill? Insects here are not a problem, seeing as how we practically live in the woods. I've been nothing but satisfied here. The property is beautiful and the apartments are spacious. I currently live in a 2 bedroom and pay less than $1000. |

In response to review....
First of all the apartments are in the woods, which means there can be bugs around. All you have to do is ask for pest control....... that situation is solved. (also if you invite the bugs in.... well they tend to stay)
Second, the staff here is just wonderful and has always bent over backwards for myself and my wife. I have, with my own eyes seen them bend over backwards for everyone else that walks through that door also.
Third, I hate to say it but someone is just not too smart! You have your own hot water heater that you control. If you were to have problems with hot water..... well you should turn up the heat. (this is really not hard to figure out)
Traffic is bad and is bad everywhere else in this City of Traffic Hell.
The parking is a concern though and can get annoying after a hard day at work, but its fine because this is the only problem. If you have only one car then you have a garage to park it in. If you have a two bedroom apartment then you have a two car garage. Myself I have a 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath (which is awesome) with a one car garage and I have two cars so I always have to find a spot since I give the garage one to my wife.
A little expensive but well worth it. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If you want to pay 900 for a two bedroom then you will probably be in a less likable area (The Ghetto) or a crappy apartment.
