I loved this place when I first moved here. I have a great view and it is very private. Unfortunately, a few bad neighbors can ruin tranquility. We have dogs that bark incessantly and run around without being on a leash. The management is aware of this and does not do anything about it. One of the dogs is aggressive and has threatened several people living here or visiting. The office staff has turned over completely in the last couple of months and the new staff is dismissive of my questions of when are problems going to be resolved. They enforce the rules selectively. Parking is a problem for visitors because the residents do not park in the garages and take the visitor parking. Again, this could be enforced by management. It's a shame that such a beautiful property is not a desirable place to live because of bad management.

I totally disagree with everything you just said. I LOVE living here. You are going to have dog bark in any apt complex you live in. management can not control a dog barking. Some of you people are so quick to automatically blame the management. Anytime I have ever needed something they have gone above and beyond, this goes for everyone else I have talked to as well. If you don't want to hear a sound while you are at home then you need to go buy a house. Until then, stop complanining. This place is quiet, beautiful, and everyone is extremely friendly.
