We moved in May 31st. So far so great! I read the recent review, and I can understand parking issues, but every one bedroom apartment gets a 1 car garage and every 2 bedroom gets 2 car garage. We lease a 2 bedroom and use our 2 car garage, so parking is not an issue. We are pleased to see that the complex is pet friendly, and we haven't seen dog poop on the grounds, which pleases me. The staff is amazing! I have personally worked with every staff member: Shelly (she's adorable and very helpful), Jaime, Daniel ,Travis and Krystn, and they all have really gone above and beyond to help make our movein simple and seamless. We did have an issue with the AC pan overflowing and causing a leak in the ceiling of the master bath. We reported it on a Sunday morning, and they responded quickly within an hour. Daniel worked diligently to solve the problem, which he did succesfully. We love the grounds, the pool, the 24 hour fitness. The gates are open during the day, but are closed by around 7ish. We haven't experienced issues with thin walls, but we also don't have anyone above or below us because our unit utilizes all three floors. So far our neighbors seem friendly. Spoke to one resident who said that management recently changed, and they are much better..well I have to say that I am very pleased with managment so far..I'll keep my fingers crossed b/c, but so far it's been good.
