Clinton the manager at this place has to take a chill pill, and LISTEN to his tenants concerns. Clinton's Mama takes care of the business while the whole thing is falling apart, because he works for Star Bucks and is never around the office.
Air went out filed a written notice and he retaliated by threatening the would NOT fulfill the order till 72 hours due to his legal right, this is BS, obviously he no prior property management experience and is not familiar with Texas Property Law concerning Tenants/Landlord responsibility.
