If the property management is the same when I lived here, I'm sure its a great place to be. Amy the property manager was great.
I don't know if you can find a more inexpensive apartment (Safe/Clean)in a nice part of town.
They were always very strict about rent payments and property rules, but I think that's what kept it so nice.
We would even get a balloon on our door on our birthdays! No the type of treatment you usually get when you pay less than $500 a month!
I have moved on to a bigger/more luxurious apartment, as I have progressed at my job, but I think back fondly on the time I spend in this complex. I made good friends, felt very secure and was pleased with the service.
