It's not bad

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
It is conveniently located to downtown, bus stops, schools (university and elementary/high), and a great beer store. I have also never witnessed any abnormal police activity. There are police officers living on both sides of the apartments, which makes me feel a bit safer, but I've never seen any criminal activity.
