My experience here is limited. I've only been living here for 3 weeks. I think the rooms are nice for college student needs. The closets are big and it's about a 15 minute walk to campus. It is small, but that, in turn, has forced me to organize my junk.

The maintenance men are really nice and they come shortly after maintenance requests are sent.

On the downside, rent is kind of steep but that's the general pattern as you get closer to campus. Occasionally, the apartment smells like gas even when pilot lights are still lit. Covered parking is nice, but I'm afraid I''m going to back into one of those support posts one day. I saw the review on car break ins. Coincidentally, when I walked to work this morning, I saw a car with it's window smashed in and it's hub caps stolen. I don't think that it's reflective of the managements lack of security. Prior to this, I was living in Far West which some regard as a safe area and my car got broken into there. I had forgotten about my backpack in the back of the car at the time. I think that there is no such thing as a crime free area and areas with a densely populated student population attract crime, as well as leaving valuables in a car.

So far I like my apartment. I think it's cozy. I like the area that it's in too!
