Bogus deposit deductions like things they never did and stuff that they decided to add. $59 cleaning charge and there guys where at the unit for ONLY 10min. I was never home, rarely cooked, rugs almost everywhere. I clean the crap out of it, even had the carpets steamed, so not necessary. I had to bring in my UT lawyer. They are NOT ORGANIZED. Not friendly. They are lacking in proper legal procedures. And the maintenance guys??Posse East noise. Will not notify you if work is being done on the apt or will give you about 12h slip on your door. Water pressure bad and always hot then cold. The unit got struck with lighting and they never fixed the nails coming from the ceiling. Faulty outlets. There patch up jobs on the walls are a joke. I almost had the maintenance guy walk in on me because he didn??t knock and I had the dead bolt. The only thing I liked about this place was that it was the closet to the engineering school.
