Not only are the neibors always loud. The management will do nothing about it. There are regularly fights and conflicts in the parking lot. A homeless lady lives in the laundry room here and my mail has been stolen three times. The manager is a big fat man hater and a complete lair. For how expensive it is you would think the place would be A LOT nicer but, I don't feel safe here. Wish they cared about there tennets as much as they care about rent and deposits!!!!!!!!!

If it is as you state, then things have definitely changed within the last 2 mos. In 6 years I never witnessed any serious disturbances. There were a couple of MINOR disturbances over the years which were promptly taken care of by APD when called. That is what you are advised to do,,, call APD (every resident is advised of the proceedure.) If , as you say, a homeless lady lives in the Laundry Room,, Mr. Raper needs to be informed immediately if the Manager can not handle that.
