Wonderful Place To Live From: fragglerockin2003 Date posted: 6/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I live here now and have been here for 3 months and I couldn't be happier...The rent is decent considering the area of town(arboretum) and it is a small property where everyone is really nice. The nature preserve behind the apts. is wonderful to take your dog to or to just walk yourself. Maintence has been great and the management is real nice too. I have lived in the arboretum for 3 years(this is my 3rd apartment) and I have never been happier and this is the cheapest in rent also. I'd tell anyone to look here before going to the Gables, La Mirage, and the other big name ones in this area because i've lived at some of them, and they are NOT worth it at all.
