The apartments are nice enough. Problems we've had, though, relate primarily to responsiveness and comprehensiveness of maintenance. There office is frequently empty and difficult to reach by telephone. Maintenance usually takes several hours to respond. In fact, we waited almost 24 hours before anyone responded to our call for help when we had water leaking down rapidly from the apartment above, soaking through the ceiling & into our dining room and kitchen. Water takes over a minute to get hot (that's a long time, believe me) and gets cold before we can finish even a quick shower. We are told that repair of these problems would require an overhaul of the structure. The tub has drainage problems; the fence on the patio remained rotted for almost 2 years.
The neighbors are very nice and the management friendly - when there.
Not a blad place, really - just make sure the utilities are in good order before you move in, perhaps written guarantee for maintenance response time.
