This community was okay years ago, but has gone downhill and doesn't care about its tenants. If you have a package to pick up from the office, good luck getting it. It is almost never open. Management is not very personable or friendly. The parking is very limited and spaces are small. Many dogs on property and management does not enforce owners picking up their pets waste. The entrance gates are often broken and this is suppose to make you feel "safe." The pool is small and dirty and the lounge chairs are broken. The water bill is a joke. Average of $30 /month for one person. Cabinets are old and worn at edges. Paint job in bathroom upon my was AWFUL. You could tell there were several layers of paint and it was coming off along the edges. Chips in the bathtub. Poor insulation on doors and windows making climate control nearly impossible and causing higher electric bills in summer and winter. The only extra "amenity" it offered was a hot tub- it is now filled in with cement. Upon my move out I was overcharged for cleaning and what they considered "damages" that were already there!
