Yes, these are older apartments. Yes, there aren't the amenities you see in newer complexes. And yes, property maintenance is practically nil. BUT, the complex is quiet, hidden in the trees next to a lush greenbelt, and there are only 106 apartments. I've been here since 2000 and see many of the same neighbors who were here when I moved in, so obviously not EVERYBODY is moving out .... just those who shouldn't have moved in in the first place.
Northland Investments bought the property this year and is probably holding it just for investment, because there are NO upgrades to anything. Eventually I think this property will be sold, the buildings torn down, and new condos put up.
