I have lived at Channings Mark for over four years... unfortunately, I have to move due to a job transfer to California! Otherwise, I would reside at this complex for as long as I could! All the residents are friendly and nice- the staff is very friendly and helpful and I rarely have any problems with anything else. Maintenance is quick and always does a nice job! It is such a nice area in the Arboretum- shops and eateries are just down the street and it is still secluded enough that you get a nice view of some wildlife! I HIGHLY recommend Channings Mark- go see for yourself!!
