The office manger is nice and means well but the management company is too cheap to get her the help she needs to keep the community up to par. She is the only person there and does her best to do what she can, but one person can't handle it. The community is falling apart. Woodwork on the buildings' exteriors is rotting and paint peeling. I still have work from when I originally moved in that has not been taken care of on my apartment after 3 new requests. New residents moving in have turned the community from a wonderful relaxing place into a party scene. In the last few months I have seen over 20 police cars (on seperate occassions and I am being conservative with my estimate)going to the same 4 apartments and nothing has been done. I originally moved here because I had heard it was a quiet, well maintained community and it was. I am sad to say not now. The management company needs to get it's act together and return Channings Mark to what it was and get more help in the office to keep the community in control. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
