Bad Service would be a Blessing...It's Terrible!

I have only been here for a few months and am waiting for my lease to expire to get out of here.
I have lived in apartments for 15 years, thought I had experienced bad service and living in the past and was very wrong.
Horrible, dopy management (I mean dumb), you can't get anything fixed or pick up packages (office is almost never open), poor parking (I have 2 door dings in my car now from very tiny spaces plus there is never any parking available), the loudest community I have ever lived in(there are always people partying and police cars), gates are usually broken, the highest water bills I have ever had ($40 a month) and electric bills too ($175 a month).
The community looks like it may have been nice at one point, but besides the deer being neat, there is nothing nice to say and I agree with others who say to stay away from a wreck.
