Mixed impressions From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2006   Lived here for many years. It represents one of the best floor plans I have ever seen in an apartment. Good greenbelt views too. I think this was quite a great place when first built. However, the property has not been kept up. It needs new A/C units throughout and new kitchen cabinets (as well as refrigerator). It's well behind new complexes in that regard. The clientelle has also gone downhill (which is true in general, i think, given lower interest rates which is putting more "reasonable" folks in homes. This is the reason I got out. Too many questionable neighbors. Since january, they have gotten a new property person and things went UPHILL in that regard. Preston was NOT good. She'd hide in the office and you could NOT get in there to get a package. That's different now. Hopefully, they will just get the units renovated. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
