Sweet, quiet place to live From: arborrenter06 Date posted: 5/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This is the first apartment in Austin where I feel completely satisfied. The people are nice, it's very quiet and respectful. The views are great and it's safe. My A/C bills are low AND I'm on the 3rd floor w/ the vaulted ceilings. I plan on staying for a while. Keep it up Channing's. I love it here :)
