Not Recommended. Horrible Situation...

Channing's Mark was great when I first moved in. They gave me a great discount for my 2 bedroom apt. I absolutely loved it.
Things started to turn when they did not fix the cabinets and broken drawers (which they told me they would) when I moved in. They never got fixed (and I lived there for 14 months).
I had a problem with a woman who lived below me. She complained of me walking too loud. I swear to you - I was just walking normal! I am not a heavy person. Management did nothing to improve this situation - they just said, "we have noisy floors."
When I moved out they tried to over-charge me for damages (like my cabinets), which were already there in the initial walk-thru. Months later they also said that they never received my final check. Then they admitted that they did have it. It is not a great feeling when you know that a check has been deposited but management has no clue where it is! I even had to show them a print out of my bank statement to fight this.
I wish that it worked out for me at Channing's Mark - but management was never there to help out my living situation at all. I hope the new management does a good job and can reach out to the needs of the residents.
