Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Water bills are $30 per month _per _person who lives in your apartment and do not seem to go down even in the winter. It's such a scam.
Parking spaces are really tiny.
Buildings are constructed of poor quality materials.
The office staff has a very poor track record for being in so that you can pick up a package.
If you have upstairs neighbors, you will hear them.
On the upside, the adjacent Great Hills Park is really nice.
