This community is slipping into the category of "seedy" even though they're currently painting and recently replaced rotting wood siding (one building was almost condemned because of rotting wood under the balcony). More and more college kids and younger adults are moving in, and the complex is no longer "white collar middle income" but college-age and lower income adults. Parking is horrendous, maintenance is mediocre, although they DO try, the buildings are so old and in such disrepair that it takes a lot, and management is a nightmare - totally understaffed and unresponsive.
