Very Disappointing

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
We moved into this complex being very excited about the floorplan and our view of the greenbelt. However, the past 9 months have proven to be a huge disappointment for us. Old appliances; old lighting fixtures; low water pressure; chipped tubs and toilets; drafty windows and doors;, OUTRAGEOUS water bill (>$60 a month for two people); run-down driveways, curbs, and sidewalks; sickly looking landscaping, an old, small swimming pool, and no "extras" like hot tubs, tennis courts, etc. We are especially disappointed by the poor maintenance and upkeep. We will NOT be renewing our lease.
