Channing's Mark

Wish we'd have had more time to look around when were searching to rent. Water bill was $90! The paintjob in the apartment is HORRIBLE - paint on everything, floors, switches, fixtures, windows, tub, etc.
Maintenace is spotty. There is one guy that can get it done. We had a cabinet door that fell off. Came home to find a "completed" notice. Opened the door and it fell off in my hand. The next day the good maint guy came and actually fixed it.

Office staff is a sweet as you please, until you have an issue - then not so much.

Very pet friendly. I think at least half of the residents have dogs. About half of them clean up after them. There is an extreme doggy smell around the grass at the edge of the property. And the owners rarely actually leash their dog - carrying the leash and watching the dog doesn't count. I like (and have) pets - but an inconsiderate pet owner is a bad neighbor. On the positive side, I almost never hear any barking.

All of the loungers at the pool are broken. They look bad just sitting there broken and you can't use them.

Stairways are dark at night. They could spring for some safety lighting.
