Terrible since they complex was sold

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
They have had more so Called Water Emergincies that waste a whole day for people who live here, and more consruction where nothing is achieved then the tenure of the previous owner.
It's always some excuse from the Office staff. Overall these people are lazy and worthless. Oh but pardon me this justifies them to raise the rent.. FOR WHAT'!!
I'm glad I'm moving out.
Many other options in the arboretum then a northland property.
