I just moved in and I'm pleased with my new home. My large patio is the best thing about my apartment and its becoming more of a second living room. Being a dog owner, my dog and I like the access to the hiking trail behind the property. I haven't lived here long enough to be dissatisfied. Parking is tight but I can always find a spot close to my apartment. All in all I'm enjoying my new place.

This has got to be a management ringer review. 4 out of 5 for the grounds that are essentially dirt now that they've let the grass die because they don't want to pay the water bill? Give me a break!

I agree absolutely!! The manager just moved into the complex, so this review HAS to be written by her. NO WAY would any tenant write a review like that. This complex is close to being condemned!
