Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I have lived in this property for two years now. I am moving out because I am moving out of state. A couple years ago this was a tough property to live in. Mangement was not very responsive.

Over the last year, things have really changed. New management has come in and fixed up the property very nice. They are also responsive to my requests.

It is a nice quiet area to live, very close to everything in downtown Austin.
