Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
this place was an absolute dump when i moved in. it had not been cleaned AT ALL since the last person lived there (with lots of birds aparently), there were tiles loose in the bathroom, the floors sagged, the place shook if someone walked by outside, & the list just goes on. fortunately new management took over & started to fix the place up but not soon enough.
