Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
This place used to be owned and managed by a guy who lived there. Then, 2 years ago, he sold the building to Lakequest Properties. Thus began the worst rental experience of my young life. These people are morons, They had a UT undergrad running the place,and needless to say she was never there. The pager is a joke, and when we had the record heat wave in the summer of 2000, when it was 102 degrees, we had NO A/C for 5 DAYS!!!!! and then she finally shows up and hAS NO IDEA WHAT HAS BEEN HAPPENING. the only good news is that there are a bunch of law students who live there. They are mean so we got free hotel accomodations.....these people are HORRID and nothing EVER EVER gets fixed. DO NOT LIVE HERE
