Okay: very old and worn but decent management

Moved into this place a little over a month ago. The management is pretty responsive, though it seems like they take a while to fix things because this is such an old place. The walls shake whenever a person walks by or goes down the stairs. You can hear all the dumb conversations outside and the cars passing by on Red River and 32nd. The parking spots are narrow and hard to get in and out of.

The best thing about the apartments themselves is the unique floor plans. We have a split-level 2-2: I get the upstairs bedroom, which is pretty neat to find around the university area. Otherwise, it's just another old apartment complex with thin walls, worn tile, creaky floors, and small bathrooms and kitchen.

But the complex is very close to campus; walk 5 minutes down Medical Arts and you're at the music school. The bus stop is right outside the complex too. We like it better than our old place because we don't have to cross Red River, and our old management was totally rude and unresponsive.

If the management really put money into this place to fix the structural problems, they'd have a really great complex. Maybe in a few years; for now it's only a slightly better than average place around campus.
