Worst thanksgiving with Chaparosa!

When I came here in August 07, the management was really good and now all of a sudden the management changed!!! It was inconvenience at the beginning but got adjusted to it. The worst thing was they forgot to change the turn on the heater for the whole Apartment Complex!!!Everyone is FREEZE-DYING!!!This was like the extreme torture they can do to us for the thanksgiving weekend! And they are not picking up the phones, nor even replying the mails and the immediate reaching pagers are of no use. I don't think they even care if we exist or are dead till now! Someone has luckily got a heater fan and all of us (8 ppl) are in one bedroom trying to keep ourselves warm! I seriously don't recommend this place to nay newcomer! I think this irresponsibility on their part may lead to some serious health problems to people staying at the Apartment complex.
