Want to have your apartment broken into because there is no sense of security and where people can just smash the window and unlock your door within arms reach from the outside' Or how about hearing about how your friend's car got broken into IN the parking lot the previous night' And how about living in an apartment complex where most of the dryers and washers don't work' Did you know that walking into your apartment on day one, where the definition of clean means the floor gets your feet black within a few steps' Want to have appliances like your fridge break and totally screw you over because your groceries are suddenly spoiled and rotten and makes your apartment smell like the back alley of the ghetto' Or to have 3 out of your 4 stoves not work at all' Like feeling sweaty in your apartment for 4 months of the year because during the Austin "winter" they turn on ONLY the heat and give you no option for cooler' And best of all, at the end of your lease, the management tries to steal every bit of your deposit back from you because they claim its not "clean". I guess I didn't make my carpet dark enough, or leave enough dead cockroaches, or leave a broken shower with yellow goo stuck on the bottom for the next resident. Oh yeah and even though there are tons of parking spaces available your friends can't visit. If they do I hope they like being towed within 5 minutes.

ps I don't care if the location is good. save your life and move somewhere else down the street.
