Yes, it's cheap...and yes, they have some good deals. But use your money and go someplace nicer. The crime rate in this complex is unreal, and the maintenance staff take their sweet time fixing stuff.
They recently had the parking lot "sealed", which is what you do when you're too damn cheap to resurface it! The sealant is coming up and sticks to your tires! Just as soon as our lease is up, we are out of here!!!! And if you pay 600 for the 2bedroom, you are paying TOO much! They've dropped the prices! A 2 bedroom should be aobut 575.00.
