All these people complain about all the bad things, I haven't had many problems here other than the little things with management, but you pay for what you get, they've been good to us. And if your looking for a decent affordable apartment to start out in in Austin this is a good place to start. The crime is minimal, and if you leave things in your car worth stealing someone will break in to it, regardless of where you live. Gate communities are a joke, just ask some that have lived there. Its just as easy to get in there as it is here.
