I've been here several years & used to really like it here. But for the past year or so we've had alot of noisy children screaming outside of our apartment. And God forbid any of the parents in the surrounding apartments do any real parenting & take their brats to a public park. Instead there's a day care center I'm forced to listen to outside of my apartment every day. It's just great for someone like me who works from home. And forget about an afternoon nap unless you can sleep through the 100 decible screams outside.
And the skateboarding kids are even worse. Skateboarding is supposedly forbidden on the property yet the management has ignored our pleas for a no skateboarding sign for the past year. Since none of the managment live in this building they could give a crap how these kids torment the rest of us that choose not to bring demon spawn into the world.
If the management would just show an interest in helping us by actually attempting to disperse these kids back to their lairs, I wouldn't be so pissed off. But instead we get a phony nod & smile & the promise to take care of it with no action ever.
My fiancee & I are currently looking for a new place to live. If you enjoy babysitting random stranger's kids for free & watching kids destroy the property you live on, you should enjoy life at Chardonnay apartments.
