I have lived here for 1 year. When I looked at the apartment model I fell in love, the office staff, which at the time consisted of 1 girl because it was a Saturday, was nice, and the price was great.

After less than 1 month, I noticed the apartment not keeping cool/warm because my windows needed new seals around the edges. They had mold on them and you could hear the wind blowing through if you stood in front of the window. I have children so I submit a maintainence request. No one came out nor contacted me. I had to threaten them with BBB. The management advised me the whole seal would have to be replaced due to the obvious damage but before they could send someone out they had to get several other complaints about the seal to even submit a repair request. After 2 months of complaining, they came out and fulled the holes and seals up with some clear plaster/glue looking stuff. Don't get me wrong, IT WORKED, but it looked horrible like a 2 year old was playing with the glue.

Another issue, I came into the office to pay my rent and water bill-I know there is a rent drop box but I like receipts and here you don't get a reciept when you make a payment so I made them make copies of my payment and sign it for proof, anyway-I walked through the door and no one said anything. There were 2 people in the office that were doing absolutely nothing and I stood there for a good 5 minutes before 1 of the same people who was doing nothing asked if she cold help me. When she walked up she looked me up and down, then rolled her eyes. I just simply told her I needed to pay my rent and needed my receipt. We walked to the desk and she assisted but with an attitude like she had better things to do than help me. So I asked for the manager and he came up-not to mention he was not even the manager but the assistant manager or something like that-to see what the issue was, I educated him on his employee and popped off and said in front of the manager, "You came in here with an attitide, I think YOU are just having a bad day!" The manager said nothing to her and advised me to have a nice day. Since then I place my check in the drop box and wait for it to clear my bank for a receipt. I don't even know the managers name nor what he/she looks like only the rude office staff.

Also several problems with the premises: Clogged drains-no matter how must you treat them, faulty closet doors, leaking kitchen sink, SILVERFISH EVERYWHERE-not to mention supposed to have weekly pest spraying of the units and only had 1 note left in my kitchen the whole year, stairway light out for weeks, and cabinets chipping away.

I have to say, the place is cheaper than most in the Pflugerville area and not bad area for children. But the management and staff are very unprofessional, lazy, and very very very RUDE! I only recommend you live here if it is short term.

I've lived here several years & believe everything you said. The management is rude & unaccomodating. And while minor maintenance issues are fixed well & quickly anything major or expensive issues (like your windows) will get blown off without ALOT of persistance. We had similar issues getting our fireplace repaired, which took over a year & is still not in the best shape. I guess they won't learn until another building burns down. But FYI, as for pest control, they come to the property every Tuesday but if you want them to attend to your unit specifically you have to submit a request to the office & they'll treat your apartment when they service the property each week. Pest control cannot enter your apartment without your permission/request.

I only visited these apartments in order to check out the pricing and look at a unit, and I (at the time a prospective renter) also had to stand in the office for a LONG time to get anyone to speak to me. There were three people in the office, and two of them were busy with customers, ok; however, the third person did not even exit the back of the office to greet me, and the other two people could easily have said, hi, I'll be with you shortly, but instead just ignored me. I thought the property was gorgeous when I first drove in but after that I said no thanks!

its not that theyre blowing you off-ive had a similar problem at a different property and it did take a little while BUT they have to call contractors and get bids on if whatever it is, is fixable and how much and then they have to budget it. Ever think about that? Also, you're not the only resident and if it's a large community imagine how many other wants and needs they are trying to attend to along with yours? Try to be a little more patient. at your place of business if somebodies rude to you do you get eager to help them? NO-so why don't you put yourself in other peoples shoes and think what if you were that person. yes the 2 that were busy could have said hello and told you they would be right with you but maybe they didnt see you or maybe they thought the other people who werent doing something were getting up to help you.
