I always pass this place when I go to grab a snowcone so I finally stopped to check out their one bedroom, 2 story apt. SLUMS... that is the best I can describe. I saw three units as many people just leave this place. It smelled water-damaged and the carpeting was really old and worn. The square footage was really small for the interior but you have two very large patios. Your neighbors are definately the type to harass you with their shiftlessness, wild children and roaches. The parking situation was not acceptable and I could not envision myself spending one night on this property.
