	The complex is under new management. The new management folks are very friendly and manage the place well. There are 1 bedrooms apartments and efficiencies apartments that have been newly painted. It's a great bang for the buck. Where else ... more

	I always pass this place when I go to grab a snowcone so I finally stopped to check out their one bedroom, 2 story apt. SLUMS... that is the best I can describe. I saw three units as many people ... more
