i lived here for 4 years.
the reason i stayed for so long was because i could not afford anything better at the time and they allowed large dogs, plus my work was a block away.
i frequently heard gunshots in the "tennis court" that doubled as a late night drug exchange for local criminals.
the whole area between rundberg and 183 is thick with crime, drugs and prostitution.
i worked at a motel down the street for a while and the cops frequently held sting operations and busted quite a few of my neighbors in fact!
i could hear everything my neighbors did and i'm sure they could hear me.
there was no escaping the noise in any part of the unit.
i actually heard a staff member that was responsible for clearing out vacated apartments having sex in a vacant apartment above me at 2am in the morning.
when i confronted her coming out of the unit she said they were fixing a plumbing issue... sure, in highheels and cowboy boots.
after a while i stopped caring what these losers had to say about me should i need a referral and became quite a crappy tenant myself.
water heaters frequently broke and several times i had to go without hot water for weeks. the water heater above mine busted and soaked all my boxes in the tiny storage unit.
the bathroom of the apartment above me flooded into my bedroom ruining my furniture and nothing was done for me or my soaking wet carpet.
the parking lot would flood when it rained, there was no drainage, and i would have to literally wade to my car through toxic looking sludge.
they "remodeled" the patios and for a month i had strange construction men climbing over my patio fence, breaking potted plants and the overall outcome was worse than when they first started.
landscaping is attrocious and trash was always littered everywhere... syringes, condoms etc.
sure, i left my unit a wreck, what more did these losers deserve'
i still got $12 bucks back on my deposit and i never even cashed it and sometimes pull it out for a good laugh.
this place is a dump.
if you're desperate or have no credit then buy a big dog to protect you and move here.
i'm not even going to spellcheck this stupid review.
that is how little i care about this place.
if you have any self respect avoid this whole neighborhood.
